Bee Pollen

Bee pollen should not be confused with the pollen that is blown by the wind and is a common cause of allergies. Allergy-causing pollen is called anemophiles; it is light and easily blown by the wind. Bee pollen is heavier and stickier, and is collected from bees' legs by special devices placed at the entrance to hives. It is called entomophilies or "friends of the insects," and will rarely cause allergy symptoms. More than 40 research studies document the therapeutic efficacy and safety of bee pollen.

It's a super concentrated all-natural power-pack of iron, protein, calcium, amino acids, B group vitamins and antioxidants plus over 5000 other nutritional marvels. Clinical tests show that orally ingested bee pollen particles are rapidly and easily absorbed - they pass directly from the stomach into the blood stream. Within two hours after ingestion, bee pollen is found in the blood, in cerebral spinal fluids, and in the urine. The properties of Bee Pollen work to correct a chemical imbalance in the metabolism that may be contributing to either abnormal weight gain or loss. To safely help control these conditions, Bee Pollen should be used as follows: For weight reduction, take pollen 30 minutes before meals with a glass of water. To increase weight, eat pollen after a meal.  Additional benefits of taking Bee Pollen are it produces an antiputrefactive effect, contributes to a healthy digestive system and aids in the assimilation of nutrients. 130 mg of Bee Pollen helps digest three pounds of food.
